📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs that align with our company's strategic objectives and the professional development needs of our employees.
• Implement training programs using various methods, including e-learning, classroom training, and on-the-job training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and develop personalized development plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee development and training.
• Use HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and LMS (Learning Management System) to manage training programs and track employee progress.
• Conduct regular training needs analysis to ensure that our training programs are relevant and impactful.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development, training, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS and LMS.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in HR development or training is a plus.
