As a Lobby Ambassador, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects the quality of care we provide.

In this role, you'll greet patients, visitors, and staff, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and provide information about our services. You'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the lobby area, and ensuring that all guests feel comfortable and valued. This is a 6-month renewable contract position, offering flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

• Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests.
• Provide information about Sunway Medical Centre's services, facilities, and policies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby area, including ensuring that all common areas are tidy and welcoming.
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed, such as answering phones, directing visitors, and handling general inquiries.
• Promote the quality of care and services offered by Sunway Medical Centre.
• Uphold the company's values and standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and procedures is a plus.
