📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the retail operation, including stocking, merchandising, and sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of our luxury tea products.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the F&B retail industry, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and retail software such as Square, Clover, or Lightspeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the luxury F&B industry.
