📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and use cases.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and system tests.
• Conduct thorough test case reviews to identify and document defects.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that requirements are accurately implemented.
• Monitor and report on test progress, including defect resolution status.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and QA testing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or QA Tester.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or QA testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
• Proficient in using business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
