📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of MEP projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, inspection records, and compliance certificates.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address any issues or concerns, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Utilize advanced MEP software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera, to plan, design, and manage projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
• Promote a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring the well-being of your team and the project site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP site supervision, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certifications in MEP design, construction, or project management, such as PMP, LEED AP, or BIM certification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards, including SNI and PUI.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Experience with MEP software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
