📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of allied health specialists, RMOs, and specialists to ensure the smooth operation of ancillary departments.
• Oversee the daily operations of radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with medical specialists and RMOs to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of medical services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team.
• Represent the healthcare facility at industry conferences and events.
• Monitor and analyze departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing ancillary departments and medical teams.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
