📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Lead and mentor a team of 50+ employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Implement and monitor SAP and ERP systems to optimize production processes.
Develop and execute strategies for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve product offerings.
Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
Represent the company in industry events and stakeholder meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on filtration systems.
Proven track record in leading and managing teams of 50+ employees.
Strong understanding of SAP and ERP systems, with experience in implementing and optimizing these tools.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
