📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Write and maintain API documentation.,Ensure consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all documentation.,Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.,Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
