📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support to clients to resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Perform installations, configurations, and maintenance of technical equipment.
  • Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot and repair technical problems.
  • Document technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth operation of systems.
  • Maintain inventory of technical equipment and order replacements when necessary.
  • Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of technical equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or field service.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience with network equipment and security systems is a plus.
