📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and monitor patients' health status and provide appropriate nursing care.,Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor patients' progress and make appropriate adjustments to the care plan as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.,Promote health education and preventive care in the community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in community nursing or a related field.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients.
