📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.,Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.,Create and curate engaging content for social media channels to increase brand engagement and reach.,Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance.,Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with medical or healthcare industry is a plus.
