Bidang Fajar Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our in-house restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our patients and visitors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support personnel.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to hygiene standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
