📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the e-hailing and mobility services.
• Optimize routes and fleet management to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in our operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals to achieve operational excellence.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the e-hailing or mobility industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software such as FleetComplete, Geotab, or similar.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
