📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees.,Manage and maintain inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and plan for future tasks.,Work closely with the management team to achieve departmental and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role (or equivalent experience).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
