📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues,Provide technical support to staff members,Manage and update IT systems and software,Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place,Monitor network performance and security,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects,Train staff on the use of IT systems and software,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,Experience with network administration and security,Familiarity with database management systems,Strong problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages

Basic knowledge of dental software and systemsExperience with IT support tools and softwareUnderstanding of healthcare IT regulations and standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced healthcare environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
