Sun Go Sentosa is seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team. We are a vibrant restaurant located in the heart of Sanur, Bali, offering a unique dining experience. We are looking for someone who can create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology and a passion for food and beverage. This role is hybrid, offering flexibility between in-house and event catering.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including cocktails, beer, and wine.,Maintain a well-stocked bar with high-quality ingredients and supplies.,Interact with customers to understand their drink preferences and provide excellent service.,Assist in the organization and execution of special events and parties.,Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage cash handling and inventory.,Train and mentor new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or similar role.,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.,Excellent customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.,Valid food safety certificate.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
