Bidang Anggi Kebab is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Understanding of company culture and ability to promote a positive work environment.
