📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Support the sales team in preparing and presenting sales proposals to clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Sales Manager.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions, events, and trade shows.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support for sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
