📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to achieve store targets and goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store promotions and special events to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Understanding of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
