📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and interpret cost data to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including cost reports, budget reports, and variance analysis.
• Work closely with production teams to understand cost drivers and implement cost-saving measures.
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs, ensuring compliance with budgetary targets.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.
• Provide financial support to the production planning and control team.
• Participate in cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cost accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting standards, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry-specific cost accounting practices is a plus.
