📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development or a related field,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
