📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage banquet services, including event planning, setup, and cleanup,Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction,Prepare and serve food and beverages to banquet guests,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area,Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served on time,Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic food safety and sanitation practices,Good knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food service,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg,Friendly and professional demeanor,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
