📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.,Document and report quality issues and discrepancies.,Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality problems.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.,Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures.,Support the QC Manager in training and mentoring new staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or a related field.,Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
