We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and supporting our healthcare professionals in providing excellent patient care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the healthcare facility, including patient registration, scheduling, and record-keeping.,Support healthcare professionals in providing patient care, including assisting with medical procedures and treatments.,Maintain and organize medical records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.,Assist in the management of medical supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.,Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration.,Assist in the organization and execution of healthcare events, workshops, and training sessions.,Provide administrative support to the operations manager and other team members as needed.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or administrative role is preferred.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
