📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the nursing staff in providing patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Perform routine patient assessments and maintain accurate patient records.,Prepare and administer medications as directed by the nursing staff.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.,Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.,Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Completion of a nursing assistant or practical nursing program.,Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures.,Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
