📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly,Review and edit technical content for clarity, correctness, and consistency,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Work with developers and other stakeholders to ensure technical documentation meets business needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on technical content,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareConfluenceor similar)Markdown or other lightweight markup languagesExperience with version control systems (e.g.Git)Familiarity with software development processes and methodologiesUnderstanding of user experience (UX) principlesAbility to work in a fast-pacedagile environment
