As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring that they are well-trained and motivated, and that they are able to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, a proven track record of success, and a passion for providing excellent food and service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently,Manage the staff, ensuring that they are well-trained and motivated, and that they are able to provide excellent customer service,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and revenue,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations,Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that the food is of the highest quality and that it is prepared and served in a timely manner,Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and that it is a pleasant and welcoming environment for customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in hospitality management, restaurant management, or a related field,A minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure,A passion for providing excellent food and service to customers,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language
