Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.,Guide the development team in Agile practices and methodologies.,Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.,Create and maintain user stories, use cases, and other business analysis artifacts.,Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.,Mentor and coach junior team members.,Identify and mitigate project risks.,Continuously improve processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.,5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master.,Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP) is a plus.,Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.,Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
