📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including venue selection, catering, and decor.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities.,Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs.,Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests during the event.,Handle any issues or concerns that arise during the event.,Prepare and present event reports to clients and management.,Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet staff or event management.,Proven track record of successfully organizing and executing events.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and traditions, especially for local events.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
