As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by assisting with customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist sales team with customer inquiries and orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
  • Support marketing efforts by promoting products and services.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by the sales manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
