📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
  • Lead and mentor junior accountants and staff.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Monitor and control internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
