📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the front desk team to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs.,Promote and sell our property's amenities, services, and packages to customers.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Monitor sales targets and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.,Train and develop front desk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
