📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular and special audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems and processes.,Monitoring and reviewing financial transactions and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Staying updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
