📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure sales targets are met and customer needs are addressed.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the retail department.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to travel to stores as required.
