📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Support the HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and disciplinary issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
