📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare and present financial forecasts and budgets to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
